If you pay for the GOLD CARD maintenance program in full using a debit or credit card, all services are available to you 5-7 business days following initial payment. If you finance the GOLD CARD please allow 10-14 business days for card services other than tires which is 100 days.
If you purchase our 3 Month, Tires 24-7 Program, tires can be installed after 35 days.
Are the roadside assistance services nationwide? Yes, they are, and can be used once every 72 hours. This service, like all roadside assistance programs available to you, does not cover the cost of fluids, fuel, or batteries. Complete details are covered in the customer contract. Can I change service providers if I wish to do so? Yes, you can use any registered service provider you wish. Each service provider should earn your loyalty and continued business by the quality of service they provide. If one does not live up to your expectations, you are certainly free to find another provider who will. Gold Standard Automotive Network wants to assure that your service experience is an excellent one. If you have a service experience from one of our service providers that is not everything you expected, we would appreciate hearing from you. Do I get a contract when I buy the GOLD CARD? Yes, a complete contract is available in your account to you when your payment is verified and your GOLD CARD membership is activated. Do I pay sales tax on the GOLD CARD? Utah residents pay sales tax when each payment is made. If I finance the GOLD CARD, what happens if I miss a payment? All monthly payments are made on an automatic withdrawal basis, either from your credit card or your debit card account. Our computer system does this automatically. If we receive notification of payment failure, your account is placed on automatic suspension and you are notified via e-mail alert this has taken place.
Until a late monthly payment is brought current, your GOLD CARD account remains suspended. If your payment falls 30 days in arrears, your GOLD CARD account is canceled.
All transactional history " favorable or unfavorable " will be reported to the credit bureaus and will become part of your credit history and score.
If I only use 2 oil changes in my first contract year, can I carry the unused oil change over to another year? No, you get three per year. What date each month would my payment be automatically withdrawn from my account? The day of the month your payment is verified and your GOLD CARD program is active is the day of the month used as your payment DUE DATE. On that day of the month , our system will automatically withdraw a monthly payment each month until all payments have been made. What do you mean by Select Vehicles? Do you have a list? Select Vehicles are: all trucks, SUV's, AWD's, diesels and all models of Acura, Audi, BMW, cadillac, Infiniti, Jaguar, Lexus, Mercedes, Saab, and Volvo. What if I want a more expensive battery? If you wish a battery that costs more than $75, you simply pay the difference. What is your PRIVACY POLICY as far as the information I provide you?
